Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with program implementers and stakeholders to track regional program data, including the following, on a continual basis
  • The numbers of individuals and units who receive training under the GPOI- and APRRP-funded programs, to include the collection of training rosters
  • The number of individuals trained nationally by GPOI- and/or APRRP-trained trainers
  • The amount, type and cost of equipment packages funded through GPOI and APRRP in connection with training activities
  • The amount, type, and cost of equipment packages funded through GPOI and APRRP in support of a deploying unit
  • The numbers of individuals and units trained or equipped under GPOI and APRRP programs who actually deploy to peace operations
  • Store and manage program data  in spreadsheets and/or databases that easily facilitate the compilation and analysis of information
  • Respond to routine data requests and produce regular data reports, to include supporting the development of GPOI and APRRP indicator/progress reports toward program objectives
  • Generate data in support of formal reporting requirements, such as the annual Foreign Military Training Report to Congress
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of interagency information-sharing platforms, such as an All Partners Access Network (APAN) site
  • Support the compilation and analysis of program and broader peacekeeping assessment data
  • Update GPOI and APRRP outreach materials, including Fact Sheets and briefing materials

Perform operational activities to include:

  • Assist in concluding end-use monitoring of defense articles and services agreements (505 agreements)
  • Maintain program policy manuals and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the semi-annual GPOI planning conferences

Other tasks as deemed necessary.

  • Support Leahy Vetting requirements
  • Conduct other program-related support activities, as directed
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
